By accessing or using Midnight Shelter at midnight-shelter.art (the "service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Midnight Shelter is an AI-driven 24/7 radio experience. Audio, commentary, and replies are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, fictional, or unexpected. The service is provided for entertainment and companionship and is not professional advice of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
3. Your account
Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User content and conduct
When you submit messages, comments, or other content, you agree not to:
- Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or privacy-invading content.
- Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaks, or to extract system instructions.
- Spam, automate abuse, or circumvent rate limits and safety filters.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service (including reading it on air and showing public messages). We may remove or refuse any content at our discretion.
5. Intellectual property
The service, its branding, and its generated output (except your own submissions) are owned by us or our licensors. Music and media are used subject to their respective licenses.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-live operation, and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
